By ordering from Elite Cycles you are agreeing to abide by the Terms and Conditions on this site. Elite Cycles reserve the right to cancel any order placed on this website without the need to give explanation or reason should they wish to do so.
PRICING: All Prices quoted are in Euros and in some cases in both Euros and old Maltese Lira for reference. All prices include 18% VAT. Sport nutrition supplements are 0% VAT rated.
Ordering from Elite Cycles is easy find the item you require, click on the pink trolley item, if applicable input the number you require and click on the trolley icon beside the size/colour you require. This will add the item to your cart. You can either check out or continue shopping. Cart can be modified at a later stage before submitting payment. "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping. Fill in the order details on the secure form.
STOCK AVAILABILITY : All the goods you see on our website are offered “subject to availability”. Thanks to you, our customers, we have a high turnover of stock but, as of yet, do not have a stock integrated system for our website. We therefore DO NOT and CANNOT guarantee that every item you see on our web site will be on the shelves when you place your order. What we do guarantee is that we will work our socks off to make sure all orders get to you as soon as possible. In stock orders will be despatched the same day and back order items will be sent out as soon as they arrive from our suppliers. If it’s going to be longer we’ll let you know. If you need to know there and then that an item is in stock please email us and our staff will be happy to help you. We aim to keep our images and descriptions as accurate as possible but we do make mistakes so if you spot one before we do, please let us know and we’ll put it right. Elite Cycles reserve the right to make alterations to specification and prices without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies found on our site. DELIVERY:All orders are delivered free of charge within 48 hours, We will get in touch with you in order to set a convenient time and place for delivery. Payment on delivery.
PAYMENT: Payment can be done by paypal, bank transfer or cash/cheque on delivery.
RETURNS: We are happy to take back unwanted goods within 15 days of the date of purchase so long as they are returned to us in an unused, as new condition with the original packaging and invoice. All delivery costs (if applicable) must be paid by the customer. Faulty goods are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship only. General wear and tear, incorrect or inappropriate fitting etc. are not covered. Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase. All postage costs must be covered by the customer. None of this affects your statutory rights.
COMPLAINTS:We try to provide a service to the very highest standard possible. If you are in any way unhappy with the service you have received just contact us and we will do our best to put things right.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DELIVERY:All orders are dispatched, air mail, with MaltaPost regsitered Parcel Post or DHL if requested. Delivery times vary, depending on destination but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. We must, however, allow 28 business days from the date of dispatch before we are able to make a claim against the carrier in the unlikely event of loss. Allowances must be made for Customs Clearance (non EU countries) which is beyond our control. You are welcome to contact your local customs office to check on the progress of your package if you feel it is being held there for clearance.
PAYMENT:We accept accept payment by paypal or bank wire transfer.
VAT & IMPORT DUTIES: If you are a customer outside the EU or a business within the EU with an EU registration number you are entitled to receive your goods VAT free. All our advertised prices are in Euros and include 18% VAT with the exception of Energy Food powders which are all zero rated for VAT. VAT will be shown on your invoice when you complete checkout but as a guide the VAT free price can be found with the following formula PRICE / 1.18 = VAT FREE PRICE. There may be import duties that will apply to the goods you are buying. If you want to find out what will apply to your order you will need to contact your local customs office. We are unable to offer a guide on this as they vary greatly from one country to another. You are responsible for the payment of any fees levied by your government and we are unable to re-imburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. Please note, by law, we have to complete a customs declaration to be attached to the outside of every package we send overseas. It is a criminal offence to falsify any details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. We do not make the laws of your or our own country, we just follow them.
